Castletroy Park Hotel Limerick - Guest Reviews

While this hotel is a little old fashioned in decor, the facilities are great. The Restaurant was closed when we stayed there (a Tuesday night) the food in the bar was 5 star!! We would go back again ... just for the quality of the food! Great Leisure Centre, with plenty of equipment. We did some shopping in the Cresent Shopping centre, better than Dundrum Town Centre in my opinion! Well done Castletroy Park Hotel. ---

We had our wedding in the castletroy park hotel limerick in Feb 2012 and ourselves and our guests were treated like royalty from start to finsih the food was superb and service was definitely five star ... our guests are still talking about it as a lot of them had to travel to limerick to attend bedrooms and everything were just excellent we would like to thank Nicola Fagan, Dennis Deery , Lily and Mark for all their help coming up to the day and on the day well done to all. stayed over xmas, there was 16 of us staying as a family we will be going again so enjoyed it. overall fab hotel, staff so nice couldnt do enough for us. will be going again this year. thanks again for making our family reunion a good one.

Our stay at the Castletroy was excellent. The staff were very warm and welcoming and we were upgraded to a suite on arrival. The food in the bar and the dining room was very good and the serving staff had been well trained, they were attentive but not intrusive. I felt the Castletroy offered good value for money and would highly recommend it.

Stayed for 2 nights with friends, a 1 yr old & two 3yr olds. Loads of space in the Family Room, great breakfast & even refused to charge for a baby bowl from the carvery, pool was a great hit. Can highly recommend for a break with small kids, great value too!

Stayed 2 nights (not long enough). We had the best meal we've ever had in an Irish hotel restaurant it was simply faultless. All the hotel staff are courteous and exceptionally friendly and helpful. We wil definitely be back for a longer stay next time. Thank you Castletroy we rate you 10/10 +

Stayed for 2 nights and found the staff to be very friendly and out-going also the room was really nice and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. I also had my son with me who keeps asking to go back for the swimming pool. So overall I would give our stay a 10/10 thanks to all the staff. We will stay again.

I checked in on St Patrick's Day with my Partner and son. We were all extremely hungry so we went to the bar for some food.Had some of the nicest roast beef i had tasted in ages... The hotel room was ... spotless and he breakfast was great also while the staff been extremely attentive. The wedding was a great occasion and the staff were great. All round it was a fabulous trip and i would be delighted to stay in Castletroy Park Hotel anytime in the future :) ---

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at the hotel with more than accommodating staff... exceedingly friendly and warm hospitality. It is situated perfectly for our visit to Ireland in close proximity ... to the U. of Limerick campus as our daughter attends school there as an international student from Nova Scotia, Canada. We would not hesitate to recommend Castletroy Park Hotel Hotel at Castletroy to anyone interested in visiting Limerick or Ireland for that matter as there is so very much to do that is easily accessed from that location. ---

Whats that they say about 1st impressions? Very true in the case of the Castletroy Hotel. On entering, you immediately get the feeling that this is not one of those uber modern hotels that lack any ... warmth or soul. The surroundings quickly made me feel totally relaxed and at ease- even more so when i was greeted by not just 1 - but 2 very professional and helpful receptionists who it must be said were quite easy on the eye.. I stay away from home lots but rarely do you get the welcome that I experienced here. I can't wait for the second impressions.. ---
