Carlton Castletroy Park Hotel |

I visited the Carlton Castletroy Park Hotel for an event that was being hosted on 23rd March 2010, and I must say that I cant fault the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel ...
itself was nice, the room was spotlessly clean and well furnished with comfortable furnishings. And for me, as someone that suffers from back pain, the bed was wonderful. My only issue is the car park. In fact, I think the car park is a disgrace. I used the underground car park during my stay. However, there are no signs directing users to the pedestrian exits. I had left something important in my car and when I went to go back and collect it, the pedestrian exit was locked. This was at just 7pm. My only way of getting into the car park would have been via the ramp used by cars and this is not only dangerous, but given the inclement weather that evening, completely unacceptable. At the very least, signs should be put up directing people to the exits. ---
