Carlton Castletroy Park Hotel Limerick - Guest Reviews

We were able to walk to the University of Limerick from the Carlton Castletroy. I was able to get a busy nearby into town. The room was spacious and clean. The pool was marvelous.

A very pleasurable stay at Carlton Castletroy Park Hotel Limerick. We arrived late on Friday and had a beautiful breakfast on Saturday morning - I have to say that this was to a very high standard and we ... all enjoyed it especially the kids. Later on we all had a dip in the pool which again we all had a great time. So overall the two adjoining rooms were comfortable, breakfast was great and leisure center was to a high standard, and more importantly the staff were welcoming and catered for all our needs. ---

Being in town for a meeting, the carlton proved to be a great choice & very accommodating. Will definitely consider it for my next visit to Limerick & will certainly make me think of the other hotels in the group if ever I'm visiting those locations.

I had a two-night stay recently at the Castletroy Park. It is a very welcoming hotel which provides everything in the way of service and comfort that you could reasonably expect and at a price that you will find very hard to beat. I have no hesitation in recommending it highly. good service and good value deserve to be highlighted when they are encountered.

Great location, rooms lovely, staff very friendly food lovely. I really had no faults with this hotel and i would recommend it to all my friends and family. Location brilliant right next to UL and very near town. great

My parents stayed in castletroy park for a night. Everything was to the highest standard. Have to comment the manager. A young chap, Mr. Mullane. Nothing was a bother to him. He was extremely pleasant and professional. Food was lovely. Staff were polite

Stayed in August and again last week January 2010.Great staff , very welcoming and helpful.Great food .I ate in the bar. I had the salmon cajun style it was lovely very delicately flavoured. I also had ... the steak which was cooked perfectly as requested. Great leisure facilities , swimming pool sauna ,steam room and jacuzzi.The bedroom was spotless and spacious.Great spot approx 3.1km from the city centre but on the Dublin road home. ---

i have stayed in many hotels and i have never in my life experenced what i have in your hotel, i have stayed at three carltons and they just better and better..... i would truly recommend it, the overall ... experience was fantastic....The room we stayed in was just so romantic the view from the room was perfect we were in paradise... when we woke in the morning and looked out the window, we were both gob smacked, the fields and mountains were just breathtaking..... the bar was just perfect, we were planning to head into the city but we just got so comfie that we stayed.....the location was perfect the i could of not asked for nicer, the perfect way to start a new year is with your best friend in a breathtaking hotel..... the price is the same as any hotel and it is better that any old hotel, this hotel and all the carlton hotels that i have stayed in are all different in their own way, if you are looking for a nice and quite and relaxing way away, you should choose the one of the hotels in the carlton hotel group...........the reason that i did not rate the restaurant is because we did not eat there, we ate in the bar and what we tasted there was just fantastic ---

I stayed in the Castletroy Park, Limerick due to the poor weather. I had stayed before and was pleased to see that the hotel continues with its previous standards. There was some confusion at check-in as my reservation had not come through from the website but this was resolved quickly and efficiently. I greatly enjoyed my stay!!
