From the moment we stepped into the hotel we knew straight away that it was what we were looking for. We had an amazing wedding day. You really blew all our expectations, everything was amazing on the day I could not have asked for anything more....I would just like to thank all the staff in the Carlton Castletroy Park hotel for making our day that extra bit special.

We were beyond pleased with our wedding experience at The Carlton Castletroy Park Hotel. Firstly, Denis was a gentleman from the outset, he definitely has customer satisfaction as priority. Fiona was also exceptional, at no point from our arrival at the hotel was she not to be seen. The staff in general at the hotel were exceptional, very polite and willing to please at all times. The meal was absolutely gorgeous, every person in attendance said that it was the best meal they have every been served at a wedding. All in all I would recommend The Carlton Castletroy Park Hotel to any couple looking for a venue that caters for all needs on your special day.

The Carlton Hotel Limerick was absolutely the best venue we could have wished for to have our special day. The room where our ceremony was held was so so beautiful looking onto the garden area. The Hotel Management and event organisers were so so helpful. They respected us and all our wishes for our Civil Partnership. Our meal was an absolute treat and everyone of our 168 guest agreed every morsel was melt in your mouth delicious.
